Delicious thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; mix into the butter mixture gradually.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can also refrigerate them or freeze for up to 2 months.
