Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup toffee pieces


Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  3. Cream together the softened butter and confectioners’ sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Gradually sift in the all-purpose flour, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces gently.
  7. Portion out the dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
  9. Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
