Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup toffee pieces
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and confectioners’ sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually sift in the all-purpose flour, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces gently.
- Portion out the dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
