Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup toffee pieces


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate morsels and toffee pieces until evenly distributed.
  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Form tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
