Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
- ½ cup toffee pieces
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate morsels and toffee pieces until evenly distributed.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
