Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter or coconut oil and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
