Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup erythritol or sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter or coconut oil and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk in the erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Allow to cool before serving.
