Description

Delicious s’mores cookies capturing the classic campfire treat experience with chewy marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker bits.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped milk chocolate, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  9. Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  10. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  11. Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
