Delicious s’mores cookies capturing the classic campfire treat experience with chewy marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker bits.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chopped milk chocolate, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
