Deliciously warm and gooey chocolate chip cookies made in a small batch, perfect for late-night cravings or small gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; mix well.
- Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; stir to combine.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
For a firmer cookie, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
