Description

Deliciously warm and gooey chocolate chip cookies made in a small batch, perfect for late-night cravings or small gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; mix well.
  3. Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; stir to combine.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

For a firmer cookie, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
