A quick and easy single-serve chocolate chip cookie ready in minutes, perfect for late-night cravings or a quick dessert fix.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe ramekin for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth, then add the egg yolk and stir until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
- Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds until edges are set and center remains soft.
- Cool for 1 to 2 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
