Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe ramekin for 20-30 seconds until liquified.
- Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, stir until smooth.
- Beat in the egg yolk until combined.
- Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds until edges are firm and center is soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
