Description

A quick and tasty dish featuring tender salmon fillets topped with a bright lemon dill sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Place salmon in the skillet skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the lemon dill sauce over the salmon in the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Serve hot with a garnish of extra dill and lemon slices.
