Description

A quick and delicious meal combining creamy Alfredo sauce with smoky salmon, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the smoked salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon juice or zest. Substitute smoked salmon with fresh salmon if preferred. Any pasta shape works beautifully.
