Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, butter, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop small portions of the dough and place them on your prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, dust the cookies with cocoa powder for added flavor.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before serving.
