Description
Quick and delicious Quark balls that are perfect for a sweet snack, breakfast, or dessert.
Ingredients
- 250 g Mehl (flour)
- 250 g Quark 40%
- 2 Pck. Vanillezucker (vanilla sugar)
- 1 Pck. Backpulver (baking powder)
- 2 Eier (eggs)
- 40 g Butter
- 60 g Zucker (sugar)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Quark, Mehl, Eier, Vanillezucker, and Backpulver to form a sticky dough.
- Shape the dough into golf ball-sized rounds and place them into silicone muffin molds.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160 degrees and bake the muffin cups for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, carefully flip the Quark balls and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Melt the butter and brush it generously over the balls.
- Roll the buttered Quark balls in sugar before serving.
Notes
For variations, you can substitute Quark with Greek yogurt or use alternatives for butter and flour based on dietary preferences.
