Description

A refreshing and creamy Polish Cucumber Salad that’s perfect for summer meals and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (sliced very thin)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon dill (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar recommended)


Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, pat it dry, and cut it into thin slices.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with salt, chives, dill, and vinegar.
  3. Toss the sliced cucumbers in the creamy mixture and enjoy.
