- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil.
- Boil until soft-ball stage (4-5 minutes); do not stir.
