Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast. Stir to mix.
- Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place the dough into a greased air fryer basket and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
