Description

Quick and easy air fryer muffins that are delicious and fluffy.


Ingredients

  • 150g of yogurt (lemon or natural)
  • 130g of sunflower oil
  • 260g of sugar
  • 300g of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder (16g)
  • 100g of chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, and sugar; mix well.
  3. Sift in the baking powder and flour, then fold together gently.
  4. Pour in the sunflower oil and mix until smooth.
  5. Add in the chocolate chips and fold.
  6. Distribute the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
  7. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer, ensuring they have space to rise.
  8. Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes, then perform the toothpick test.

Notes

For best results, do not overmix the batter and ensure the air fryer is preheated.
