Description
Quick and easy air fryer muffins that are delicious and fluffy.
Ingredients
- 150g of yogurt (lemon or natural)
- 130g of sunflower oil
- 260g of sugar
- 300g of all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder (16g)
- 100g of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 150°C for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, and sugar; mix well.
- Sift in the baking powder and flour, then fold together gently.
- Pour in the sunflower oil and mix until smooth.
- Add in the chocolate chips and fold.
- Distribute the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer, ensuring they have space to rise.
- Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes, then perform the toothpick test.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter and ensure the air fryer is preheated.
