Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a larger bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop small dollops of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
