Ingredients
- Street taco corn tortillas
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese
- Optional toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Place street taco corn tortillas in a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the seasoned chicken and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.
- Serve hot with your choice of optional toppings.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake the tacos a minute or two longer but watch carefully not to burn them.
