Easy and delightful Marshmallow Swirl Fudge, rich and creamy with sweet mini marshmallows, perfect for sharing or enjoying at home.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Once set, remove from the dish, cut into squares, and enjoy!
