Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brownie mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and brownie mix until just incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges have set and centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
