Description

A healthy and delicious dish combining fresh salmon with a bright lemon flavor, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, preheat it on the stovetop.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like dill or thyme to the marinade. Keep an eye on the salmon while grilling to avoid overcooking.
