Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Spread the lemon pie filling in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the lemon pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving, either chilled or warm.
