Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the lemon pie filling in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the lemon pie filling.
  5. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
