Ingredients
- 160 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams white caster sugar
- 150 grams light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medium whole egg
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 275 grams self-raising flour
- 200 grams chopped Kinder chocolate bars
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, white sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, whole egg, and egg yolk until well combined.
- Gradually add the self-raising flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
