A deliciously nostalgic treat featuring the creamy goodness of Kinder chocolate in a soft, chewy cookie.
Ingredients
- 200g Kinder chocolate maxi bars
- 125g unsalted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate bars.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container; they can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days and frozen for 2 months.
