Description

Delightful cookies combining rich Kinder chocolate with a soft, buttery texture, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 200g Kinder chocolate maxi bars, chopped
  • 125g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 50g white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate.
  7. Drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
