Ingredients
- 200g Kinder chocolate maxi bars, chopped
- 125g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g brown sugar
- 50g white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate.
- Drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
