Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or green onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey (or sweetener), olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
