  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or green onions)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
