Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded (optional)
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in diced bell peppers, onions, and cheese if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are set and fluffy.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately.
