Description

A fresh and tasty salad combining cucumbers, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, perfect as a side dish or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  2. In a bowl, layer cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
  3. Add fresh basil leaves on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss gently and serve immediately.
