Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
