  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • Optional: candy eyes


Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add egg and vanilla extract; blend until cohesive.
  3. Incorporate flour, salt, and baking soda, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in Halloween sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange dough balls on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are golden brown.
