Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Piper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with remaining garlic butter sauce.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Don’t overcook the salmon; it should be flaky but moist.
