Description

A quick and flavorful garlic butter salmon dish perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Piper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side down, and drizzle with garlic butter.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Serve with remaining garlic butter sauce.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Don’t overcook the salmon; it should be flaky but moist.
