Description

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the garlic butter.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a couple of minutes.

Notes

For juicier results, choose pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. Let them rest after cooking to keep them tender. Enhance flavor by using fresh garlic in the butter.
