Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the garlic butter.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For juicier results, choose pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. Let them rest after cooking to keep them tender. Enhance flavor by using fresh garlic in the butter.
