Description

Delightful eggless chocolate chip cookies that are soft and loaded with rich chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges look set.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
