Delightful eggless chocolate chip cookies that are soft and loaded with rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges look set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh; store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
