Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
