Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly.
- Place mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside and roll gently into a ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with the seasoned butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with marinara or ranch dip.
Notes
For variations, try using pizza dough or puff pastry instead of biscuit dough, and switch up the cheese or meat for your preference.
