Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For a thicker cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
