Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use natural peanut butter and don’t overmix the dough after adding chocolate chips.
