1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
