Description

Light and fluffy bread alternative that’s fun and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2.5 TBS Sugar
  • 1 TBS Cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until big bubbles form.
  3. Add the sugar slowly into the egg whites.
  4. Continue whipping the mixture until small bubbles form.
  5. Add the cornstarch to the mixture.
  6. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Pour the egg white mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, shaping it into a loaf or mound as preferred.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Notes

Make sure bowls and beaters are clean and grease-free. Experiment with flavors and use egg substitutes if desired.
