Light and fluffy bread alternative that’s fun and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2.5 TBS Sugar
- 1 TBS Cornstarch
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until big bubbles form.
- Add the sugar slowly into the egg whites.
- Continue whipping the mixture until small bubbles form.
- Add the cornstarch to the mixture.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the egg white mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, shaping it into a loaf or mound as preferred.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Notes
Make sure bowls and beaters are clean and grease-free. Experiment with flavors and use egg substitutes if desired.
