Description

Quick and flavorful low carb meatballs cooked in an air fryer, perfect for a satisfying snack or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
