Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
These meatballs are versatile — try using ground chicken or crushed pork rinds for different textures. Great served with marinara over zoodles or on their own.
