Description

A quick and easy air fryer omelette that you can customize with your choice of ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • A splash of milk (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • A handful of cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • Assorted veggies (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
  • Optional: meat (bacon bits or ham)
  • Non-stick spray


Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add your cheese, veggies, and optional meat to the egg mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (about 150°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the basket.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes, checking periodically for doneness.
  7. Carefully serve the omelette once it’s cooked to your liking.
