Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chunks (dark or semi-sweet)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk flour and baking soda together.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chunks.
