Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the greased pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
