Description

A refreshing and easy salad combining crisp cucumbers and juicy tomatoes, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
