Description
A refreshing cucumber salad that’s easy to prepare, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup thick yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and place it in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the thick yoghurt, sugar, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Best served cold; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
