Description

A refreshing cucumber salad that’s easy to prepare, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup thick yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Chopped coriander leaves


Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the thick yoghurt, sugar, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Best served cold; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
