Description

A hearty and flavorful crockpot chili recipe perfect for busy days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the browned beef, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
