Description

A quick and easy veggie bake that’s perfect for lazy days, customizable with whatever you have at home.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups of your favorite veggies
  • 2 cups of cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped veggies, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
