Easy and delicious potato chips made in an air fryer for a guilt-free snack.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional seasoning (garlic powder, paprika, etc.)
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt, adding optional seasonings if desired.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure to soak the potatoes for optimal crispiness and avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
