Description

Easy and delicious potato chips made in an air fryer for a guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional seasoning (garlic powder, paprika, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  2. Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt, adding optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
