Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Sour cream, Cheese, Chives, Bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
