Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Sour cream, Cheese, Chives, Bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry.
- Pierce each potato with a fork several times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
