Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and shredded carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and carrot mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
